Participation
- A user's decision to request to join, accept another user, meet offline or participate in an activity is voluntary.
- Where JOYND itself directly operates a paid service or event in the future, the specific contractual terms for that service will govern the relevant responsibilities.
Organizer / Business Terms
- Business/organizer must provide accurate legal/business identity details required for the role.
- Event/experience details must accurately state date, time, venue, capacity, pricing (if any), inclusions and restrictions.
- Organizer/business is responsible for the actual delivery of its event/experience unless JOYND is explicitly the operator/contracting party.
- No misleading “official” claims, fake scarcity, false capacity, or unauthorized use of third-party brands.
- Organizers/businesses must follow JOYND safety and community rules and respond to reasonable customer issues.
- When paid ticketing is activated, separate payment, refund, cancellation and settlement terms must be accepted.
